Water in the swimming-pool undergoes a special treatment with salt to be as easy on the skin as possible, so those allergic to chlorine need not be afraid of possible undesirable effects on their complexion. The nozzles mounted in the side of and in the bottom of the swimming-pool will splendidly massage your calves or soles alternatively. The water temperature is by default maintained at 28°C.

No matter if you will actually swim or lie about in the deck-chairs scattered around the swimming - pool, a look at the sky above you is definitely going to be the right balm for your soul. Thanks to the unique glazed roof you can enjoy the soothing contact with sunrays, however, there is a magic of its own about snowflakes, raindrops or views of the evening sky, too ... ...

The swimming-pool's component part is also a whirling bath, with the water temperature maintained at 36°C.

Sauna
Dry Finnish saunas are located separately inside the ladies' and gentlemen's changing rooms. Each such hothouse is supplemented by a re-cooling step-down bath with the water temperature of 7°C.

To relax after the sauna procedure, you are invited to use the deck-chairs by the swimming-pool, and in summer months also the deck-chairs located in the hotel garden.

Summer Garden
Part of Health Club & Spa is a Summer Garden designed for relaxation and sunbathing. The garden is always open in sunny weather, from 10:00 - 19:00 hours and in addition to sun tan lotions, bathing suits and refreshments the relaxation massage is available on request.

Stretching activities are an important part of any exercise or training program. They help warm the body up prior to activity thus decreasing the risk of injury as well as muscle soreness.
