Cardio zone
Comes equipped with the most up-to-date cardio machines from the Technogym Excite line, fitted with plasma TV screens, so if you get tired of monitoring the progress of your training, you can easily choose from an offer of altogether 50 world programs and make the time spent on the cardio machines pass much more pleasantly.

Gymnasium
Is fully equipped to accommodate all your training needs. For body-shaping and strengthening, a more varied training is ideal, that is why several types of strengthening machines supplemented by free dumbbells will open inexhaustible training possibilities for you.

TIP:
If starting the exercising completely, or after a long pause, it is advised to carry out the first few training session under the supervision of a personal instructor, who will acquaint you with the fundamentals of exercising, will help you set up a custom training program, will advise on nutrition as well as add some extra incentive.
